1984: Success is immediately realized when Verite officially opens for business in South Florida with our first base of operations located in Miami Beach. During the initial stages, our sales concentration was focused on serving the Downtown and Metro Miami areas. The market was great, and our reception even greater within our inaugural year. 1990: Rising sales and a need for additional space and faster delivery times are the catalysts for Verite to make the logical business decision to move our headquarters to a centrally positioned areain downtown Miami. |

| 1995: Gustavo Verite joins the corporation and launches the Verite Distributors Division. Sales and success evolve, taking on a new dimension, as revenues soar past the $10M mark and Verite Distributors Inc. proudly purchases a new 3,400 square foot office facility. |

| 1997: Jordi Ferrando Vérité, President of VDG, reaches a pinnacle in the industry, receiving the prestigious Jean Cartier Award for: |

| 1998: Verite adds new product lines and purchases a larger facility with double the office area and triple the warehouse space, a clear testament that expansion accommodates growth. |

| 1999: Rapid sales expansion and success in professional media and equipment sales led us to open a division dedicated specifically to the Broadcast Industry: Verite Broadcast becomes the newest offspring of the Verite Group, catering exclusively to the Television, Broadcast, and Entertainment Industries. |

| 2000: Verite Group enters the 21st Century with unparallel achievements and recognition, receiving Sony’s highest award for: |

| 2001: Verite catapults into the new millennium as revenues peak to $18 million. The expansion continues and promotions are evident as Jordi F Verite steps down as manager of the Tapes-R-Us media division and appoints long time valued employee Ataide Teobaldo to assume the position of Pro Tapes Sales Manager. |

| 2002: Overwhelming success in the Latin American frontier breeds a priority for Global expansion. Our Verite Miami Headquarters extends its arms and enters into the international arena with the opening of Verite Broadcast Panama, a Sales, Support, and Distribution office with warehouses facilities located in the Republic of Panama, becoming the exclusive service and distribution center for Panasonic Pro Equipment in Panama. As an officially recognized key player in the global market, Verite proudly seeks and employs Ezequiel Vasallo, an experienced veteran in ProVideo Equipment and Production, as head of this newest division.

Back in Miami, Verite Broadcast literally moves up to the “5th Floor”, annexing another floor to our office space, increasing our facilities in just our Downtown Miami location to over14,000 square feet of office area.

The needs to satisfy International Development and focus on the Caribbean Region are evident as Verite expands their technical capability with the launching of Verite Broadcast Solutions, a sophisticated Engineering and Systems Integration Division providing support and turn-key operations for the International Broadcast and Studio industries. Senior Engineer, Hernan Ramirez, a renowned and accomplished figure in the industry, is appointed head of the team. |

| 2004: It is a monumental year which does not go unrecognized; Verite celebrates 20 years of continuous work in Miami and reaches a sales high of over $32M. In recognition of the Company’s economic contribution and outstanding achievement to the community, the Mayor of Miami-Dade officially proclaims the 23rd of April as: |

| 2005: The culmination of a great track record surpassing a record $38M, plus ever-increasing industry notoriety, excites Verite to expand into Mexico with the opening of Verite Broadcast Mexico. The well recognized Engineer Antonio Limas is hired to run this new Satellite Office in Mexico City. |

| 2007: As technology evolves, Verite strikes a new alliance with Video Stream Networks –vsn- of Spain, one of the fastest growing and most technology advanced companies in the field of digital TV broadcasting and complete tape-less solutions. We are named Master Distributors for the Caribbean and authorized System Integrator.
Looking to expand our local presence in the Caribbean, Verite decides to establish a local office in Curacao, N.A., at the WorldTradeCenter, with long time customer and local business man German Gruber. |
